Home Workout Motivation - Staying Motivated To Work Out At Home
It's so easy to drop out of your home workout routine. One simple cold, a few holidays, same boring exercise routine, or a stressful period at work or at home and all the motivation is gone with the wind but you can avoid this drop in motivation and remain motivated to work out at home by using the following ways:
Staying active is the #1 key
The most important way to stay motivated for home exercise routine is to stay active. As soon as you start feeling bored with your daily workouts, change them. Make your home workouts interesting and challenging and try new things. Working out is addictive when you follow a routine. It is hard to get into a routine at first but once you experience the high of having worked out and cleansed your system off toxins, you will never look back and will not want to stop. If cold or some other type of illness knocks you off your feet for a week or two, try to start getting back into workouts as soon as you start feeling a little better.
Importance of regular light exercise
The second most important way of being motivated for exercise is to continue doing light exercise when you are ill or out on a holiday. The two most important exercises which you can do anytime anywhere without the use of an exercise equipment are crunches and pushups, even if you are for most part bedridden, you can still do a few quick pushups, crunches, stretching exercises just to get the blood flowing. Pushups are really great if you do them regularly but since pushup is a compound exercise with a lot of emphasis on the large muscles of the chest and shoulders; therefore, a 48-hour rest is necessary. If you feel bored doing flat pushups, then doing variations of pushups will kill the boredom and help you stay motivated at home.

Level 2 - Intermediate Workout Video
These motivational training videos are helpful for anyone who wants to start working out from home. These are also useful for people who always complain about not having time to hit the gym. Another important thing is that these workouts work amazingly for weight loss. I have personally tried warm-up and level 1 video and I am amazed to see the results. Now I will try level 2 workouts for best results. If you are a complete beginner, I suggest you to continue with warm up and level 1 for at least a month before transitioning to the next level. The most interesting thing is that we can do these workouts wherever we want. We can do it after a weight training session. We do not have to club it with any other exercises as it’s a complete home workout.
So above were a few ways to stay motivated to work out
at home. Again as noted above, staying a little active during holidays or
illness and trying different variations of exercises or different quick workouts
is the way to kick off boredom and stay motivated. Sometimes when you get really bored of working out at home, then you can do some swimming or cycling on off days.
