What is a good way to get more sleep besides being dependent on sleeping pills?

The Good way to get more sleep besides sleeping pills is a little bit of workout everyday

I would like to say that sleeping is a blessing by God and has the most soothing effect on a person's life. A person should workout if he or she is dependent on sleep. An eight hours sleep out of 24 hours is considered the best time that is allowed to our body to take rest. A person dependent on sleeping pills should workout regularly in order to get a sound sleep.

If you do not have time to workout in a gym, you can do that at your own home very easily, just go ahead and do some chin ups for 7 minutes, some warming exercises like bending forward and touching your feet, bending on the sides, and others for 15 minutes and then a cup of milk with a banana or apple to boost your day and lighten up your body. Manage your work time, do not give sleep a second priority. In most cases, it has been seen that at first people do not give time to their sleep and then they slowly start becoming dependent on these sleeping pills. I would highly recommend to people who are dependent on sleeping pills to get rid of this habit and give my idea a try, workout half an hour in a day and you will be get going.

Very easy 20-Minute Dumbbell Workout

Sleep without sleeping pills, that is the best idea and workout regularly

People who workout regularly have a sound sleep at night and can work easily throughout the whole day, as they will not feel sleepy during the day. People who take sleeping pills to go sleep become easily dependent on these pills.

So at last, I would say it is better to give sometime to workout instead of taking sleeping pills.

OHO, I would like to add one more thing, if you do not know how to do the warming up and chin up exercises, read some books displayed below and go ahead and purchase an exercise bike or Pilates exercises manual. I think these products are better than sleeping pills.

One more thing, please do not change your eating habits, as changing eating habits also effects sound sleep, all our body organs are interrelated. If one organ is not happy, others will have a problem.

I am blessed with the ability to sleep just about when ever I want or need to. My mother on the other hand has a very hard time falling asleep.

The difference I see that seperates us is my schedule. I keep regular hours. I do not plan things in the evening that will keep me up too long and I do not eat very much after 6:00PM. I walk over a mile a day after 6:00PM and if anything - it calms me down. I have time to think and work out problems in my mind that would otherwise keep me from falling asleep later.

If I need to get extra things done during the day I will get up early to accomplish some of the tasks and keep my bed time the same. I know that everyone's family is different, but it is my priority to keep the bedtime schedule as close to normal as possible.

I read somewhere a long time ago (I do not remember where) that even one hour difference in bedtime can take up to two weeks to recover.

Hm... I may consider working out again. Just simple sit ups and such. Maybe that will help. Thanks!

I am much better and I seem to recover a little better everyday but it is very slow,I ride my exercise bike To health everyday.I like to ride my exercise bike as early as possible, the longer I put it off the more excuses I can come up with not to do it.But I do enjoy exercise,so I put it as a top priority.

Thanks for the link astevn as exercising on a bike stimulates our muscles and tendons and at the end after a lot of physical activity, we get a good night sleep and do not have to depend on over-the-counter sleeping pills.

I'm a diabetic and sometimes find sleep elusive. If I had 4 hours straight that's already a success. I don't go for sleeping pills either, so this hub is informative and helpful.
