Ginseng’s root is composed of sugar, resin, mucilage, starch, saponin, volatile oil and some steroid chemical compounds that are similar in structure to that of natural sex hormones. you mentioned panax ginseng but I know there are two; one which increase stamina for athletes more than the other and now not sold in many health food chains.
