My mom used to make us fresh squeezed juice regularly when we were kids. There's nothing like a cup of fresh squeezed fruit juice in the morning. Cool! Well Raj, I am used to eating grapes without peeling off the skin. However I, like many others spit out the skin along with the seeds after "extracting" the juice.
Anyway, I guess peeling would be a safe thing to do because in the supermarkets they spray something on grapes as well as other fruits to increase their shelf life.

I just wanted to add that we have a fruit that's said to be 10,000 stronger than chemotherapy in fighting cancer cells. this fruit is called Guyabano/Guayabano/Soursop/Graviolla. This fruit can also lower blood pressure and calm nerves.

I eat my guayabano fruit rather than extract its juice. I tried once but it took me sometime to remove the numerous seeds. I wasn't able to remove all and so my juice got sprays of the dark crushed seeds.
I have a big tree in my backyard and this variety is too sweet to just ignore its fruit falling rotten on the ground.
I mix carrots with cucumber and apple or orange in my juicer. Cucumber adds more juice. Try it! And thank you for this info on juicing and its health benefits.
