Since last 5,000 years or more, Ayurveda has remained an integral part of India's holistic healing methods. Mention of Ayurveda and benefits of its treatment have been mentioned in various puranas and Indian historical books. Various, priests, Kings, and Queens have got benefit from this superb method of healing without side effects. It has been possible by Ayurvedic science to heal human body for thousands of years is just because of its natural way of healing. Ayurveda believes in nature and treats with nature.
