The Coolest Photo Gallery of Adventure Island Amusement Park in Delhi

If you want to experience ultimate thrill, adventure, and a day full of excitement and fun, then Adventure Island located in Rohini region of New Delhi is the way to go. Adventure Island hosts more than 25 fun-filled rides both for kids and adults. There are several other recreational activities to be enjoyed in AI in a single day vacation. The Twister ride as seen in the picture above is for people who have guts to handle the thrill of being upside down not only once but five times and then turned 360 degrees in air. Isn't this cool enough to bring a chill down your spine.

Before we begin the roller coaster ride of visiting this unique amusement park in New Delhi, I would like to tell you that Adventure Island has been built by Unitech Group, the same business group that build up the ancient Appu Ghar in Pragati Maidan. Appu Ghar entertained Delhites for more than 20 years before it got closed down. But don't worry Appu Ghar is going to reopen in Gurgaon near Delhi in a few months and of course with the same name.

By the way, Adventure Island Rohini's ticket price for adults is 450 INR inclusive of taxes and for kids from 3 feet to 17 years 400 INR. If you have a tiny toddler with you below 3 feet, then his/her's entry is totally free. Also, watch the video of bubble ride in Adventure Island. It's a new edition, fun in water for kids.

Above is the picture of another thrilling ride of Adventure Island. It's name is Flip Out. As its name suggests, it will flip you out of your senses. Beware, you should be a die-hard adventure lover before taking this ride.

From a distance, this ride looks like an autobot's arm where the bot is flipping its arm in different directions. Giving you training for the intergalactic travel. You get on it and experience what I am saying. I enjoyed this ride around 4 times before I was called by family and friends to shoot for the Z-force.

Now this is Z-Force. One of the coolest rides of Adventure Island. You will always see a long queue below this structure in this amusement park. Not because it is really thrilling and will make you cry but it is the opposite, it will make you laugh in different ways. While riding Z-force, you will not be able to know that when you will be coming down with the force of gravity towards the earth. You will think you will BANG... on the floor but don't worry Z-force's advanced safety techniques including high-power shock absorbers will handle you and your friends. It will just give you true thrill and fun - the price you have paid for at the ticket counter outside.

This is side winder, the most terrifying ride of Adventure Island. This is one of my favorite rides at AI. First time when I visited this place, I took this ride continuously for 10 times to overcome its fear. It is so horrifying that I can hear people crying, "mammmaaaaaaaaaaaaaa........." on this ride. The most awesome position is when you go 360 degrees in air and then come like a spiderman towards the floor and then without touching the floor you again fly in the opposite direction. What I do is I spread my legs in the front and start swimming in the air. This gives me excellent energy and builds up my confidence. But beware, this ride is only for brave hearts, not for those mama-papa pets. I believe side winder is a challenge that should be taken again and again.

Space Jump is a bumpy jumpy ride. Close your eyes and you will feel like you are taking a cosmic tour, traveling at light speed from one galaxy to another. Overall, it's a very cool ride loved by kids. The most funny thing about this ride is that it will give you bumps after you get down. You will feel like you are still on the ride when your feet will be on the floor. Up down....up down.....just like that.

How about riding in a fire brigade with your kids? Telling them who are firefighters and how they extinguish fire. This is a fun ride loved by kids because of its rolling motion and very pleasant experience.

Rockin tug ride is another fun ride. Just sit and move in circular motions in clockwise and anticlockwise directions.

Airbus Ride: Now this is the Airbus Ride of Adventure Island. It's very cool, comfortable, and relaxing. If you are a couple or a big family or a group of friends, you will enjoy this ride watching nearby rides like Splash and Bubble ride and also the ultimate dance in milky white water fountains on your favorite DJ beats and latest music numbers.

Jungle Safari: You can drive this jungle jeep watching animals like lion, rhino, crocodile, monkey, on your way. Not real for sure but when you come to these types of places you should let your imagination go wild. Overall, a great ride for small children.

This is another ride for complete family, enjoy the slow circular motions of this ride while pampering your kids.

This train will show you the other parts of the amusement park, but it's really slow and only meant for very small kids sitting with parents or if you enjoy very light moments, then this is for you.

Amazing is the fun of riding in a family boat that is all set to get down in the water with a huge SPLASH..... Getting the chilling water on your clothes, enjoying the surprise fall down on the boats. Rest can be experienced seeing the pictures.

Adventure Island is so much fun that the kids said "Thank you Papa, thank you Mamma for bringing us here" in front of everyone. What all you want from an amusement park where kids feel happy and joyful and return home with sweet memories of one day adventure travel.

Adventure Island Park's opening time is 12:00 PM IST and closing time is 8:00 PM IST. Believe me, saying goodbye to Adventure Island is very tough as we saw people waiting to take more rides even after park lights were switched off. So if you get a chance to come down to Delhi, visiting Adventure Island is highly recommended.
