Many of us have some difficulty sleeping at sometime in our-lives, it is especially if we are under a lot of stress for any reason or are really worried about some thing, so I would like to say that some simple changes to how people approach sleep can make a great difference.
Sleep disorders and Insomnia are caused by many things.
The symptoms are numerous. For in detail info and medical advice related to insomnia and other sleep disordrs, a lot of resources on the internet exist.
If you are having a real medical condition, or are a little bit overweight or if your are a chronic alcoholic, consut your doctor for better sleep, do exercise regularly, watch your diet, watch your alcohol consumption as alcohol leads to depression and sleep disorders.
Do not resort to drugs or alcohol or a very depressing visit to a doctor, perhaps give this a try.
It is simple. Workout, Watch diet. Forgot about stressors. Sleep well.

The heading "You can make...the following steps" was a bit confusing since you didn't list any steps until the end of the hub. You might want to explain each step and make them more visible or move all that talking to a new text capsule so you have one capsule for the list and one for the disclaimers about insomnia and whatnot.
Also, watch your Amazon capsules. The top one is advertising a scary disaster movie about death-by-tornado. That might keep people awake more than it puts people into a relaxed, sleepy state.

i made a kid go to sleep. by hitting him on the back of his head. his name was chuy but, he is in the hostpal!!!!!!!!!!!!! iam so sad ./.'; lol . it was with a hammmer. my mom hit me hard =< sad lol the next day my brother pulled the plug and he died hahaha dam i got shot
Here is the simplest method how to sleep with ease!
First of all arrange a bed, a comfortable one though.
Lay on the bed. Put the light OFF. Close your both eyes.
for at least and you will fell asleep automatically. If not then keep close both of your eyes for at least 7 Hours.
After 7 Hours, if you fell asleep, then it means you are sleeping and you don't have to worry about that you have to sleep.
But if you are failed to sleep, even by closing both of your eyes for 7 Hours, Then you are mentally and physically fresh, and you don't require any sleep.

Good hub, I try to avoid coffee and tea late in the evenings seems to be a good help for sleep. Also Meditation helps.
