Best Amusement Park in Noida - Worlds of Wonder Noida

Worlds of Wonder, Noida is the best amusement park in Delhi NCR followed by Adventure Island, Rohini. It is commonly known as WOW Noida.

It was around 7 months ago when we last visited Worlds of Wonder in Noida after we got free complimentary tickets from Adventure Island Rohini which is the best amusement park in Delhi. WOW was a newly opened amusement park at that time near Great India Place.

It is owned by the same Unitech Group that owns Adventure Island so that’s the reason why they were promoting it at that time by giving free tickets. After receiving the complimentary tickets, I called up WOW Noida to confirm the procedure to redeem free tickets for the park. The person there told me that it is very easy. You can come on any day, except Sundays with the counterfoil you got from Adventure Island and complimentary tickets of Worlds of Wonder. Luckily, we didn’t throw away the tickets. I asked about kids and they replied that kids below 3 years are complimentary to the park.

So me with my wife and daughter decided to give it a shot on Saturday. I took a leave from my office and took my family to this park on that day. It was very easy to reach Worlds of Wonder for us, as I had already read the driving directions via google maps.

We took the route of Noida Toll Bridge via the Ring Road that is directly coming from Naraina and Dhaula Kuan. After paying the crossing fee at the toll bridge, we drove approximately 2 kilometers and then took a left turn to the downhill road which goes to Greater Noida from the bridge. After getting down from that road, we turned on to Vijyant Thapar Marg, took a U-turn towards the road on which The Great India Place is located and it was exactly situated in line with Great India Place.

The exact address of World’s of Wonder Noida was Plot A2, Sector 38A, Noida, 201301. Also, there was no problem in parking our car near WOW, as there were acres of land available for parking for Great India Place, Worlds of Wonder, and nearby shopping complexes and local shops of Noida.

Now what, after parking the car, we walked a kilometer or so and entered the amusement park and to our surprise, the park was totally loaded with visitors. We handed over the complimentary tickets and counterfoils of Adventure Island to one of the staff members there and they gave us two bands to be worn on the wrists just like every other amusement park in Delhi NCR gives at the time of entering.

On entering, our first sight was on new and unique rides available over there. I am an adventurous guy and I enjoy taking high thrill rides. My hunger for more adventure, thrill, and fun rose up when I saw Download, a thrilling ride near the entry of this amusement park. I am really adventurous and want to have fun but at the same time I am a father too and I have responsibilities of being a dad, so the first thing I did was I took my wife and daughter to the nearby Kid’s Zone, named as La Fiesta, and gave her all the rides including Dizzy Diana Teddy Bear Ride and Go Karting, Mini Train Ride, and others. La Fiesta is a really nice kid’s friendly section of Worlds of Wonder.

After she was satisfied with her rides, we headed over towards the high thrill rides. My wife is not so adventurous but I somehow with the help of my daughter, Shronika, managed to make her sit on Download. I told her a lie that “Shronika is saying my mummy is afraid of rides” and she said no no I am not afraid of any ride and in this way we managed to make her take her that ride. After she got down from Download, she was so horrified and her face was red with fear but this was the only way to make her feel more adventurous, as she is a little shy of taking these types of rides. Download was enough for my wife and this was the right time for me to take all the rides one by one.

I started with Download, then Fast Forward, Mega Disko, Big Beat, Shanghai Swinger Ride, everything was awesome but not great and you can see the real videos I have attached with this hub. Now it was time for having some real adventure and the name of that ride was Rockin Roller. This was the second most adventurous ride after Sidewinder of Adventure Island. One time was not enough for me, so I took it three to four times. I did Sidewinder, the most thrilling ride of AdventureIsland, Rohini, approximately 7 times in February 2010.

Now coming back to Worlds of Wonder. Yes if you are visiting Delhi or NCR and you have kids and family traveling with you and you want to have some fun and adventure, Worlds of Wonder Amusement Park is recommended for you, as this is the best family friendly and kid’s friendly place for doing outdoor and adventure activities on your vacation. When you will come here, you will see not only kids and families passing their leisure time but you will also find many young college and school boys and girls having fun. The ticket rate of Worlds of Wonder Noida is 400 rupees per person on all days. They also provide special discounts for corporates, college groups, and bulk memberships. Also one thing I forgot to add is that after buying the tickets, you can have unlimited rides, nonstop DJ dance, swan boating, and rain dance all included in the tickets.
